WHO WE ARE
I'm Nathan Chaput, owner/operator of JourneyOn Mobile RV.
I'm the one who pulls into your site and does the work. You call, I answer. Same voice on the phone, same guy in your driveway, same person you can ask a question when it's done. No dispatcher, no rotating techs, no telling your story twice. It's a small operation on purpose.
I've owned an RV for seven years and spent over five of them as a technician. Those first couple of years, waiting on somebody else to come look at mine, taught me exactly what I'd want as a customer: clear answers, and to speak directly with the technician. So I learned the skills, got RVTI certified, and built JourneyOn around that.
Campground, driveway, or storage lot — I bring the shop to you: 12V and 120V electrical, plumbing and tanks, LP systems, appliances, slide-outs, roofs and seals.
